ایجاد امنیت و سهولت تردد برای اقشار مختلف؛ توجه به دو فاکتور زیبائی و عملکرد در کنار هم ؛حفظ شآن حرم در اتصال به شهر؛ نحوه ی اتصال پیاده رو و گذر ؛ تلفیق فضای سبز و گذر؛ و در نهایت طراحی جزئیات آبیاری و روشنایی و عبور آب های سطحی مواردی هستند که در مسئله طراحی گذر به آنها پاسخ داده شده است.
طراحی زمانی می تواند به صورت کامل ارائه شود که فاز اجرا با آن عجین گردد. این موضوع در این گذر اهمیت به سزایی دارد چون موقعیت مکانی گذر؛ حساسیت های حرم؛ بار ترافیکی حجیم محدوده و ازدحام آنجا در کیفیت ساخت تاثیر گذار هستند. بدین منظور ترسیم مرحله به مرحله اجرا؛ ارائه راه حل های ساده تر برای اجرای هر بخش؛ تفکر در خصوص سختی و مانع های احتمالی حین اجرا دیدگاه ما را نسبت به نحوه اجرا کامل ساخته است
